Connections / Mobile Networks / SIM Card Management
The menu names may vary depending on your phone's brand and model. Common paths include:
- Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager
- Settings > Network & Internet > SIM Cards
- Settings > Mobile Networks > SIM Management

Look for an option like "Add SIM" or "Add eSIM." On some phones, it may be labeled "Add Mobile Plan."
Scan the QR Code
After selecting "Add eSIM," choose "Scan QR Code." Point your phone's camera at the QR code provided by SOO eSIM.
Download and Confirm the Profile
Once scanned, your device will prompt you to download the SOO eSIM profile. Verify the profile name and confirm to proceed.
Activate the Profile
Enable the SOO eSIM profile and set it as primary or secondary data line as needed.
Check Mobile Data and Call Settings
Confirm that mobile data is active and configure your preferred line for calls and data if using dual SIM.
Restart Your Device if Needed
Some devices require a restart after profile installation. Restart and confirm your SOO eSIM line is working properly.
Potential Issues and Solutions
- QR code not scanning: Check your camera's focus or try enlarging the QR code on another screen.
- No internet connection: Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is enabled. If necessary, switch to a different network.
- Activation failure: This might be due to slow internet speeds or a temporary server issue. Wait a while and try again.
