3. Fraud Prevention & Security

To protect our customers and prevent payment fraud (such as the use of stolen cards), we process technical and transactional signals — including your IP address, device information, and payment attempt data provided by our payment processor (Stripe and its fraud-detection service, Stripe Radar). This may include the risk assessment and outcome of payment attempts. We use this strictly to secure the service and may block accounts that show fraudulent activity.

4. Payment Security

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Our analytics are self-hosted (we do not use third-party advertising trackers). We share information only with:

• eSIM network providers (to provision your data plan)
• Payment processors (Stripe, for transaction processing and fraud prevention)

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time directly in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or on the website, or by contacting our support team.
