By accessing and using SOO eSIM services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SOO eSIM provides digital eSIM data plans for mobile devices. Our service allows you to purchase and install data-only eSIM profiles for use in supported countries and regions. The service requires a compatible device with eSIM capability.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase
  • eSIM profiles are delivered digitally after successful payment
  • Data plan validity begins upon activation in the destination country

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Unused eSIM profiles may be refunded within 7 days of purchase
  • Installed or activated eSIM profiles are not eligible for refunds
  • Technical issues preventing installation may qualify for a refund after review

6. Fair Usage

Data plans are subject to fair usage policies. Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling or suspension of service. Specific fair usage limits are outlined in each data plan description.

7. Device Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to verify device compatibility before purchasing. SOO eSIM is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices. Please check our compatibility page before buying.

8. Limitation of Liability

SOO eSIM is not liable for network coverage issues, speed variations, or service interruptions caused by local network providers. Data speeds and coverage depend on the local network infrastructure in each country.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
